      Military Officers Association of America, a national not-for-profit organization devoted to military officers and their families,  (374,000 members), Finance and Audit Committee, Compensation Committee, Chairman - Publications Committee 2004-2010

      Military Retirees Benefit Association, a California not-for-profit organization making grants on behalf of California military retirees, Treasurer. 2007.   Responsible for dissolution and liquidation.
